Explore Moscow, Kazan and Saint Petersburg on a 9-day Russia tour with hotels, daily breakfast and private airport transfers included.
3 cities, joined by flight.
Starts Outside the arrival airport in Moscow, Kazan and Saint Petersburg as applicable, ends Saint Petersburg Airport — an open-jaw trip, so book your flights accordingly. Tour escort meets travellers outside the airport for transfer to the hotel.
Discover three of Russia’s most compelling cities on a 9-day journey that pairs the grandeur of Moscow with the layered history of Kazan and the imperial elegance of Saint Petersburg. The trip begins in Moscow, where arrival transfers and hotel check-in set an easy pace for your first evening before the city starts to unfold at your own rhythm.
In Moscow, the route brings together the city’s most recognisable landmarks, from Red Square and the St. Basil’s Cathedral area to the Kremlin, Sparrow Hills and Victory Park. The day also includes the Lenin Tomb and a stop around the city’s university district, giving you a broader sense of how old ceremonial Moscow and everyday modern life sit side by side. A visit to the Cosmos Museum adds a different note to the itinerary, followed by time for shopping and independent exploration.
The journey then continues to Kazan, where the city tour introduces the Old Tatar Sloboda, Tugan Avylym, the Marjani Mosque, the Kaban Lake area, Kazan Millennium Park, Liberty Square, Kazan University and the Kazanka river embankment. The day ends at the Kazan Kremlin, one of the most important sights in the city, bringing together Tatar and Russian influences in a single walkable setting.
Saint Petersburg closes the trip with a full city programme that includes the Admiralty, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Fine Arts Square, the Church of the Resurrection on Spilled Blood, Smolny Cathedral, the Bronze Horseman and the State Hermitage Museum. A separate excursion to Peterhof Palace adds gardens and palace architecture to the experience, along with time for shopping before your final hotel night and departure from the airport the next day.
